ARTICLE IV PAYMENT Section 4.1. If paid in LTIPs, the number of LTIPs to be issued shall be determined by dividing the amount due by the volume weighted average price of a share of the REIT’s Class A Common Stock, as reported on the NYSE MKT (or then-applicable Exchange), for the twenty (20) trading days immediately preceding the due date of such payment. Any such LTIPs issued shall be fully vested upon issuance.
